Vinos Ambiz

Artisan producer, organic viticulture, low intervention winemaking, terroir-expressing, complex, interesting wines. No chemicals used in vineyards or winery. Native grape varieties: Airén, Malvar, Tempranillo, Albillo, Garnacha, Chelva, Doré. 
White, red and orange wines.

Young wines best drunk within a year or so, and also oak cask aged aged wines (crianza and reserva).
Made in stainless steel, concrete, clay amphora, opern top barrels, etc. All these materials have their advantages and disadvantages.
