Luigi Bosca
This large white Spanish style villa and is home to some well-known wines from the Bosca family-owned winery. Founded in 1901 by Don Leoncio Arizu, Luigi Bosca was the first winery to achieve DOC status for the wine region Lujan de Cuyo in 1989 - a critical moment in Mendoza's history, and the beginning of Lujan becoming known as the "land of Malbec". A tour through their winery showcases a modern approach to winemaking and ends, of course, in the tasting room. With 12 single types of wine and a handful of different blends there is quite a variety to choose from. These include the different lines of Finca La Linda, Luigi Bosca, Gala and Finca Los Nobles. Wine to try: Their single varietal Riesling is one of the few in Argentina.
