A port can refer to several things in the world of electronics and computing:
1) Physical Port: This is a specific point for connection between different types of electronic devices, usually computers and peripherals. Examples include USB ports, HDMI ports, Ethernet ports, and VGA ports.

4) Maritime Port: In maritime terms, a port is a facility on the coast, river, or lake for ships to dock and transfer people or cargo to or from land.
