Pap'açorda

Everyone likes a good lunch menu and you’d be hard pushed to find one as good as the new menu at Pap’açorda. First because “lunchtime” is defined unusually generously, from noon to 6pm (the latter more like an afternoon snack, really); second because for €20 you can enjoy a full meal with starter, main dish, dessert and drink. Start by choosing one of the three starters on offer: cold cream of carrot with beetroot salad, liver salad with roast apple, or the famous house eggs with parsley. For mains there are fish fillets with tomato rice, chicken pie with tomato salad, or chickpea-and-pumpkin-seed hamburger. For dessert there are also three options: pineapple, strawberry mousse and cream nd cinnamon ice cream. So far as drinks go the choice is between mineral water and a glass of wine (the quite decent Fiúza).
