Evvia Estiatorio brings the warmth and charm of Greece to the Silicon Valley.  Hellenic cuisine is served in an environment where hospitality is the focus.  At Evvia, the staff will make you feel instantly welcome as if you were arriving at an old friend’s home for dinner; an age-old Greek tradition. 

Our food is prepared using the freshest, seasonal ingredients found here in California and in the Mediterranean.  On the menu, signature Greek dishes are found alongside local interpretations of many traditional Hellenic favorites.   The food is simple, yet flavorful, allowing the ingredients to take center stage.    Horiatiki, the classic Greek salad is bursting with fresh local tomatoes and crisp cucumbers, as well as the best Kalamata olives and feta cheese we can find.  Fresh whole roasted fish and tender grilled lamb chops need only a touch of lemon, olive oil and oregano to make them memorable and Moussaka, a traditional Greek casserole is rich with eggplant, ground lamb and a creamy béchamel sauce.
