Cerulean Wine Lounge

Cerulean Skies Winery announces the opening of Portland’s newest wine lounge. Cerulean offers a relaxed ambiance, with subdued lighting, original exposed brick walls, wood beams, and art studio and display spaces operated by White Space and Siler Studios. Located at 1439 NW Marshall Street, White Space, Siler Studios, and Cerulean have created a unique urban space in the Pearl, where guests can enjoy local, world-class wines and contemporary art in a fully restored 100-year old building.

Cerulean’s new space was inspired by a trip to a wine tasting room, or enoteca, in Montalcino, Italy, where you can sip great wine inside an ancient walled city while sampling outstanding, simple local

foods. Feeling that a similar, locally inspired but cosmopolitan space was missing from the Pearl, the husband and wife team of Tammy and Jeff Miller set about creating the same feeling in Cerulean and

White Space’s new art and wine studio.

Cerulean’s wine lounge offers a complete wine list from family-owned Cerulean Skies Winery, based in Hood River, OR. Cerulean is focused on making wine the way it was meant to be – pure, natural, and authentic. The wines are handcrafted to reflect the land and climate in which the grapes are grown and to pair well with food, making them perfect for sharing with friends and family. The owners personally hand trim and pick the grapes on their estate vineyard, Acadia Vineyards, which grows 23 acres of organic grapes on Underwood Mountain nestled alongside the Columbia River in the Columbia Gorge AVA.

The wine lounge features multiple seating areas with couches perfect for meeting friends, intimate tables for sampling food and wine, and 12 seats at the 30-foot long, beautiful bamboo and steel tasting bar, as well as open air seating during warmer months in Portland. Cerulean serves wine, wine cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, and has a seasonal menu of small plates. Happy hour is 2pm-6pm daily.
