Cérons is a picturesque commune located in the Gironde department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwestern France. Covering an area of 24.29 square kilometers, the commune has a small population of around 2000 people.
The landscape of Cérons is characterized by vineyards and the Garonne river running through it. Specifically, Cérons has its own unique appellation – Cérons AOC, known for producing sweet dessert wines.

Despite having a rural charm, Cérons is also well connected with other cities. It is 26 kilometers southeast of Bordeaux, and other cities such as Toulouse, Limoges, and Biarritz can be conveniently reached by road or train.
