Alsace Tokay-Pinot Gris pairs wonderfully with rich, fatty meats like duck, game, and pork. It's also an excellent match for spicy and aromatic Asian dishes or blue cheeses. This wine has a good aging potential, especially for the high-quality versions. Some can age up to a decade or more, developing more complex flavors over time.
