Cochise County is located in the southeastern corner of the U.S. state of Arizona. The county seat is Bisbee and the largest city is Sierra Vista. The county was named after the renowned Apache chief Cochise during the 1870s. It is bordered by New Mexico and Mexico on the south and east.
