Bacchus Wine Co, is a division of Zaro Family Winery that is focused on crafting only the finest wines,

We grow limited quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malvasia, and Chardonnay 

Our vineyards sit posted above the limestone cliffs overlooking the Adriatic sea, perfect SW sun exposure, and cool nights, allow for us to maintain optimal diurnal range; to grow the perfect fruit ! 

All organic, all hand harvested.
