The underground cellar, 9 m below street level, was intended for the storage of perishable foods such as cheeses, meats, oils, vegetables, and more.
Today the structure has been completely renovated to make it suitable for winemaking, keeping the structure and its original charm intact, in particular the underground cellar, a small jewel, intended for the aging of wine in the bottle, with an average temperature during all year round about 10 ° C.
In addition to the production and aging area, the Trabucco winery is equipped with an adequate tasting room with an ancient oven for the preparation of bread, pizzas, roasts and so on, capable of making the visits of the many wine tourists happy and unforgettable.
