Renacer

This Chilean-owned winery makes great Malbec and is the only location in Argentina to make Sauvignon Blanc from Chile's Casablanca Valley.  A pebble walled tower, this winery sits over a small reservoir, and visitors can participate in a blending master class, combining different vineyard samples of Malbec in order to produce their own favorite blend. Visitors will also enjoy their comprehensive tour and tasting, which provides the opportunity to taste all Renacer wines. Wine to try: Their amarone style Malbec, Enamore, which is made by grapes that are partially dried after harvest. It pairs beautifully with chocolate, and it's our favorite for Valentine's Day.
