Privato Vineyard and Winery

PRIVATO Vineyard and Winery is a family-run, 80-acre farm in the Thompson-Okanagan region in British Columbia.

With such diversity in its geography, this region is home to some of Canada’s most awarded and skilled wine producers.

Proprietors John and Debbie Woodward together with their three sons, embody what it means to experience a “Private Heaven”.
The result of their years of patience, care and quiet passion: PRIVATO.

As Debbie puts it, “There is not a day that goes by that we don’t truly appreciate and marvel at the loveliness of the vineyard right outside our back door.”

“We know everyone has his or her own version of a private heaven: perhaps in the backyard, on a sailboat, or toiling with passion in one’s chosen career. And so, we hope that as you enjoy a glass of PRIVATO you will be reminded that you are experiencing your own private heaven.”

Crafted only in small quantities, PRIVATO creates premium-quality, single-vineyard Burgundy wines. We distribute to a niche of fine restaurants and wine aficionados who love and appreciate the intricacies of a well-crafted wine.
