Malcolm Creek

Malcolm Creek Vineyard was established over 30 years ago by Reg Tolley, third generation winemaker. The vineyard was located on Ashwood Estate and named after Malcolm Creek which runs through the property.

The aim is to achieve a high quality full flavoured wine. The vineyard has minimal supplementary watering and the fruit is hand picked as late as possible to secure the high standard.

The wine matures in French oak barrels for 1-2 years before being bottled. The Cabernet Sauvignon is cellared for an additional 3-4 years before being released at the cellar door.
