Corazón del Sol stands as a pioneer in Argentina's Rhone movement, a family grower-producer crafting exceptional single-parcel Malbec from the ancient riverbeds of Los Chacayes IG within Mendoza's high-elevation Uco Valley.

Established in 2008, Corazón del Sol has consistently led the way in Argentinian winemaking innovation. They were among the first to plant Grenache and Mourvèdre in the region, paving the way for the recognition and development of Los Chacayes. Their philosophy centers on the belief that great wines begin in the vineyard, and their low-intervention winemaking approach allows the true essence of the terroir to shine through in both their single-vineyard bottlings and blends.

The estate vineyards, encompassing 20 acres, are situated at 3,100 feet above sea level at the base of the majestic Andes mountains. The vines are rooted in the deep, well-drained alluvial soils of an ancient riverbed, composed of rock and sand eroded from the mountains over millions of years. This unique terroir provides the ideal foundation for wines of remarkable complexity, power, and finesse.

Corazón del Sol's commitment to excellence extends to their collaboration with renowned winemaker Santiago Achaval. Known for his minimalist approach, Achaval works closely with the estate vineyards to craft small-lot, world-class wines that are both thought-provoking and reflective of their origin.

The winery offers a diverse portfolio, ranging from the first Grenache and Mourvèdre planted in Los Chacayes to world-renowned Bordeaux blends, single-vineyard Malbecs, and Argentina's first true GSM blend. For a truly immersive experience, Corazón del Sol welcomes guests for private tastings at their tasting room, nestled amidst the breathtaking Andes mountains. The stunning views and warm hospitality perfectly complement the world-class wines, creating an unforgettable experience. Private tasting appointments are available seven days a week between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, ensuring a personalized and intimate encounter with these exceptional wines.
