The only Brazilian churrascaria (steak house) to be listed in the Michelin Italy Guide, it offers an authentic and flavorful Brazilian churrasco (barbecue) served under the rodízio (rotation) system, identical to the standards of quality of the parent restaurant in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo. The restaurant serves more than twelve cuts of meat, lamb, and chicken, including entrecôte, French rack of lamb, flank steak, and our famous rump steak, with a choice of eight garnishes. Diners can choose from over thirty different options from the traditional salad and antipasti buffet, in addition to innumerable garnishes and delicious desserts. The steak house seats up to 140 diners, there is a wine storage chamber open to view, and a further seventy places in the comfortable garden.
