Albert Bichot own 245 acres in Burgundy, with 4 estates set at the heart of the fourth great viticultural regions that make up Burgundy : Chablis, Cotes de Nuits, Cotes de Beaune, and Coes Chalonaise.
Each estates consists of vineyards cultivated with sustainable practices, as well as facilities and teams to the making and the ageing of the region's wines.
At each estate, one team is devoted to vineyards work, which included teams managing both the vines and the soil, thereby ensuring intimate knowledge of each parcels and of the vines that are planted there.

The estate was named after Alberic Bichot daughter's born in 2003, thereby anchoring the presence of the Bichot family in Burgundy from generation to generation.
